Spencerport – Died July 26, 2020 at age 83. She was born in Rochester to Herman S. Kibbe & Geraldine Kibbe (Mahoney); also predeceased by her husband Robert V. Quigley (2009), daughter Katherine Quigley (1994) and brother David Kibbe (2006).
She is survived by children Patti (Kathy Collins) Quigley, Michele (Adam) Harris and Tim (Bridget) Quigley; grandchildren Landry & Haley Harris and Brienne & Kian Quigley.
