Gates – On August 16, 2020, Beverly Evans went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was born on December 21, 1925 in Sherburne, NY and she lived to be 94! In 1959 she married the love of her life, George Evans and they bought their first and only home in Gates. She was a very active member of Parkminster Presbyterian church and served the church and the people of the community in many ways through out the years. She is survived by her son, Jonathan, his wife, Jo and her granddaughter, Shelby (Collin) Holte.
A Memorial Service will be held at Parkminster Presbyterian Church, 2710 Chili Ave. Rochester, NY 14624 on Saturday, August 22 at 2:00 pm. Anyone who knew her personally is welcome to attend. (Masks required)
