Chili – Friday, September 25, 2020 at the age of 84, peacefully at home with his family by his side and his beloved Yankees on the TV. Survived by his wife of 59 years, Elizabeth “Bette”; childlren, Michelle (Dwayne) Wall, Cheryll (Mark) Fisher, Patricia (Donald) McCarver, Mark (Jennifer, predeceased) and David (Jennifer); grandchildren, Morgan (Colin), Kendra, Jarrod, Paige, Alexa, Nichole and Lauren; 1 great-grandson, Aiden; brother, Earl (Sally) of GA; and several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Jim was a proud Navy veteran, a member of the American Legion Post 1830 and a member of St. Pius Tenth Church. He was an avid fisherman and volunteered at the Isaiah House.
Friends may call at the Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home Thursday 3-6PM. Funeral Mass Friday 11:30AM at St. Pius Tenth Church, 3000 Chili Ave. Rochester, NY 14624. Interment, St. Pius Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lifetime Care Hospice.
