Penfield – Andy Ford passed away at age 52 on October 31, 2018. He was predeceased by his father Arnold Ford Sr. and was survived by his mother Florence Ford and sister Valerie (Dennis DeVito).
Andy graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College in North Chili with a teaching degree in mathematics and from SUNY Brockport with a computer science degree. He worked at Getinge USA in Rochester as a systems analyst and enjoyed working with his coworkers. He attended the Elim Gospel Church in Lima and held bible studies for students on the local college campuses.
Andy had a love to fish. Growing up, if there was a body of water nearby, you would find him there fishing. He would wake up in the wee hours on summer mornings to go fishing with his tag-along sister. He enjoyed taking his small boat out on the canal to take in the scenery, fish and kneeboard. Andy liked to travel, visit friends and be outdoors.
