Hilton – January 29, 2021, age 64. Predeceased by her father, John Kwiatkowski. Survived by her mother, Margaret Kwiatkowski; children, Jason (Crystal) & Ryan (Jen) Eastman; brothers, Joe, John & Mark (Betty) Kwiatkowski; sisters, Mary Ann (Jack) Diagostino & Lynn Kwiatkowski; grandchildren, Rylee, Nathan & Callahan Eastman; ex-husband, Dan Keyes; and several nieces & nephews.
Due to the current health crisis, a Celebration of Monica’s life will be held in the spring.
