North Chili – George V. Riley Jr. went to be home to be with our Lord 3/8/2021 at the age of 83. Predeceased by his parents, George V. & Kathryn Riley; and sisters, Rosemary Riley and Sheila Gengemi.
He was survived by his precious wife of 60 years, Margaret Mary “Peggy” Brennan; children, George V. Riley, Thomas J. (Cathy) Riley, Anne K. (Mike) Lingeman, ADC (AW) Sean B. Riley (Ret); many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom he loved SO dearly.
Dad was proud to serve his Country in the United States Coast Guard Reserve. He was a strong supporter of Rochester area Right to Life Assoc. Dad was a man of God, he loved deeply and impacted us in so many ways. He will be greatly missed.
Friends may call Wednesday, March 17th from 11am-1pm and 5pm-7pm at the Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home. Funeral Mass Thursday, 12pm at St. Pius Tenth Church, 3000 Chili Ave. Rochester, NY 14624. Interment, Riga Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rochester Chapter of Birthright.
