BROCKPORT – Robert P. Fanara died April 12, 2021 at age 77. Bob is survived by his wife Susan, daughter Melinda (Fred) Mannino, son Craig (Debbie) Fanara and daughter Alyssa Fanara (Mark Thayer). Five grandchildren Mckenna Fanara, Grayson Fanara, Parker Fanara, Max Mannino and Greta Mannino, one great grandson Zaire, and many other friends and family.
Bob was a retiree from Eastman Kodak. He enjoyed being active, he belonged to the Rochester bike club, enjoyed running, and played pickle ball into his 70s.
Bob treasured spending time with his family and taking large family vacations to destinations including Mexico, Florida, Maine, Virginia, South Carolina and Vermont. Bob and his wife Susan spent their retirement traveling to Africa, South America, Europe and the Caribbean. They spent the winters in Florida in the company of many friends they made over the years.
A celebration of life service will be held in early summer. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: American Diabetes Association or Lipson Cancer Institute.
