Mary Ann Fry, 82, of Spencerport, NY, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021. Born in Brooktondale, NY, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Gladys Perry. Mary Ann went to Onondaga Central School, and married Edison W. Fry. She was the Librarian at the LaFayette Public Library in the 1970s. She later taught sewing when the family moved to Horseheads. In Spencerport, she taught preschoolers in daycare; received her CDA at Roberts Wesleyan and became an Education Coordinator at a daycare center. She retired recently to enjoy her home and gardens.
Mary Ann is survived by her children, Nathaniel W. Fry (Lisa), Pamela Fry Priest, and Todd Fry (Deb); two sisters, Gladys Dygert of Virginia and Avalene Bishopp of Golden Valley, MN; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Edison W. Fry, brothers, Edson J. Perry, Frederick M. Perry, and Richard C. Perry, and her sister, Ruth M. Rood.
Burial will be in LaFayette Rural Cemetery, LaFayette, NY.
