Henry E. (Hank) Dilger
Brockport – At age 90. He leaves his beloved wife and best friend, Marion (Morris) Dilger after 66 years of marriage. Also, his three children; Carl of Danvers, IL; Diane (Bill) Pendergrass of Leicester, NC; and Steven (Jill) Dilger of Carlton, NY. Hank leaves seven grand-children and their spouses, 12 great grand-children, brother and sister-in-law Robert and Constance Dilger of Fairport, NY; sister-in-law Marjorie (Morris) Meiers of Asheboro, NC. and step sister-in-law Marilyn (David) Catlin of Wauchula, FL.
Hank was a U.S. Army veteran from 1952-1954. He served in Korea, was wounded on Hill 200 (but never received a Purple Heart) and was awarded two Bronze Stars for valor.
At Hank’s request there will be no calling hours. A service with Military honors and burial will be held in the spring at the convenience of the family with a get-together following for family and friends…to be announced at a later time.
