Churchville – Passed away at age 56 after a brief illness, on Monday, November 15, 2021 at Highland Hospital in Rochester, NY.
Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home, 15 West Ave. in Spencerport, NY on Saturday 12/4/21 from 1-3 pm with services immediately following.
