Ronald Elmer Gouger passed away on 12/23/2021 at age 88 at The Auberge at Peoria Assisted Living and Memory Care Center in Arizona (near Phoenix).
Ronald was born in Rochester, New York on July 8th, 1933, to Elmer LeRoy “Bud” Gouger and Ruth Bock (Nix).
Ronald is survived by his four children: Alan Gouger, Ronald Gouger, Laura Jean Haberger, Robert Gouger Allen, 4 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
Ronald graduated from Charlotte High School in Rochester NY. After his service in the Army, he worked at Frieden Corp and then was hired by Kodak where he worked in the Roll Coating division until he retired in 1991. He was active in the Kodak Camera Club and Camera Rochester, entering many Kodak salons where he won several awards. After his Kodak retirement, he taught color film printing. Ron also served on the Spencerport Volunteer Ambulance Corps for many years.
