BROCKPORT – Richard G. Palmateer, age 92, passed away in Simsbury CT on February 25, 2022. He is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Suzanne (Leathers) Palmateer; his children, Steven (Bonnie) Palmateer; Cathy (James) Martin and Thomas Palmateer; seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
