Irondequoit – Age 82, who was born in Irondequoit, NY, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2022. She was preceded in death by the “love of her life”, Bill Harter; her parents, Barry and Hazel Ward and her sister, Jean Weeks. She leaves behind her 2 sisters, Peggy (Mauro) Felipe, Sandy (John) Lederman; 2 daughters, Heather (John) Simons, Piper (Don) Wood; 4 grandchildren, Kelly Simons, Jennifer Simons, Bill (Ashley) Simons and Andrew (Chelsea) Wood; 14 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews and many friends both in New York and Florida. Pat loved life and lived every day to the fullest.
