Mark Tiberio
Ruskin, FL/Holley – Mark Tiberio, 66, of Ruskin, FL passed away at home on January 9, 2022 after a three-year courageous battle with ALS. He was born July 1, 1955 to Dominic and Mabel Tiberio.
Mark lived in Holley until moving to Florida where he pursued a career in law enforcement working for Boca Raton Police Department and as a deputy sheriff at Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office. During his 30 years in law enforcement, he received numerous accommodations regarding his kindness, respect, and caring nature. This is also how he spent his life- always reaching out with kindness and love to everyone. He was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He will be missed but never forgotten.
Mark was predeceased by his father, Dominic “Zugo” Tiberio; brother, Dennis “Butch” Tiberio; and his sister Janet Levy.
He is survived by his loving wife, Cheryll; children Brett Tiberio, Shasta (Maksim) Deryabkin, Nicholas Baran; his mother, Mabel Tiberio; brother Don (Moudka) Tiberio; sisters, Kristi Tiberio, Shelia (Wayne) Shults-Fox, Toni (Mike) Barber; special friend, Tony Piedimont.
Memorial Mass will be held at 1:00PM Saturday, May 14th at St. Mary’s Church 11 S. Main St. Holley, NY 14470. There will be a Celebration of Life luncheon following the service at the Moose Lodge in LeRoy. Friends are welcome to attend either or both events.
