Spencerport – Lucy P. Sharpe died peacefully at home on Monday, May 2, 2022 at age 94. She was predeceased by her husband, Willard and her brother, Joseph DiDomenico. She is survived by her children, Stephen (Shelly), Michael (Sandy) and Elisa (David) Bond; eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, dear friends and neighbors.
Lucy delighted in her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a selfless person and spent over a decade caring for her mother and husband when their health was declining. She enjoyed knitting and embroidery and made countless baby blankets and sweaters for family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to a time of visitation followed by a memorial service on Friday, May 13 at Open Door Baptist Church, 350 Scottsville-Chili Rd., Churchville, NY 14428. Visitation will start at 10:00 a.m. followed by the service at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider a gift to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or the Greece Baptist Church “Give Me a Break” respite care program.
