Chili, NY – Passed peacefully with his family by his side on May 5, 2022, at age 81.
Hugh is predeceased by his siblings, Joseph, Alice, Sally, Ruth and William; sister in law, Cathy Johnson.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Donna and his daughters, Kelly Joss (Andrew and son Kristopher), Kimberly (Mitchell Root) and Rebecca (Katie Harnish). Also sisters, Sister Betty Jane of the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament in Bensalem, PA and Margaret Lofaro of Kent, OH; sisters in law, Sandra Walczak (Al Miles), Janice Gardner (Jeff); brother in law, Earl Johnson; and many nieces and nephews.
Scotty is a retiree of 35 years with American Airlines having worked in Buffalo, Albany and Rochester, NY; and Cincinnati, OH. He was an active man who enjoyed life and loved to hunt.
Services held May 20 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue, Rochester. His Funeral Mass was held May 21 at St. Christopher’s Church, 3350 Union Street, North Chili, NY 14514.
