Chili – Passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at the age of 95. Predeceased by her husband, Kenneth R. Milner Sr.; and daughter, Linda Logan. She is survived by her sons, Kenneth R. (Dee) Milner Jr. and Rex A. (Gail) Milner. Thelma also had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who all brought tremendous joy and love into her life. She was well known in Chili and the surrounding areas for her work as a realtor with Nothnagle Realtors. She was a longtime member of the First Presbyterian Church of Chili and served many roles throughout her years with the church.
