John E. Wilcox died peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on August 15, 2022 at age 83. He was predeceased by his first wife of 35 years, Corinne (Wright) and parents, Selden and Helen. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Connie (Crawford); daughter, Jacqueline (William) Devine; son, Andrew (Irene); step-daughter, Elizabeth (Lorenzo) Rosato; step-son, Robert (Amber) Crawford; sister, Mary Innes; brother, James (Lucy); grandchildren, Julia (Colin) Cosell, Austin and Madelyn Devine, Adam and Laura Wilcox, Maria, Emma and Gia Rosato, Mason and Sage Crawford; and many nieces and nephews. John served in the Armed Forces and retired from Kodak as an engineer. He loved to play the bagpipes and ride his bicycle. He will be greatly missed, but always remembered.
Family and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass Friday 11am at the Parish of the Holy Family at St. Jude’s Church, 4100 Lyell Rd. Rochester, NY 14606. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkinson’s Foundation, Greater Rochester Chapter, 1000 Elmwood Ave. Rochester, NY 14620.
