Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at age 90. Predeceased by his brothers, Harley Jr. and John. Survived by is loving wife of 69 years, Audrey; children, Susan (Frank) Basnett, Scott (Pamela), Alice Marshall and Paul (Akiko); grandchildren, Brian Stotts, Jeffrey (Elizabeth) Stotts Sr., Laura Collins, Jennifer Marshall (Matthew McGovern), Bradley Marshall (Shannon Tumiel), Christina Barclay and Julie Barclay; 10 great-grandchildren, Peter, Robyn, Katelyn, Jeffrey Jr., Cole, Cora, Kayden, Audrey, Lucas and Carson; 1 great-great granddaughter, Evelyn; brother, Richard (Gail); and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Bruce was a Korean War Air Force veteran, a longtime member of the Church of the Epiphany, Past President of the Rochester Scottish Heritage Society and also Past President of Clan Barclay International.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff of St. John’s Home, 5 South, for their extraordinary care. Family and friends are invited to his funeral service Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 2pm at the Church of the Epiphany, 3285 Buffalo Rd. Rochester, NY 14624. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church or to St. John’s Home.
