Sun., Oct. 23, 2022 age 81. Predeceased by parents, Richard P. & Edna Genrich Moffett; wife, Virginia Mills Moffett; sister-in-law, Veronica Moffett. Survived by brother, Douglas Moffett; children, Kristen (Joseph) Curley, Tory (Holly) Moffett; grandchildren, Nathan, Avery, Stella, Logan; and nieces & nephews. Richard was a Sergeant in the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office for 31 years, and served as Hamlin Town Justice for 16 years.
