Sunday, December 18, 2022 at age 66. Survived by family and friends. Joe was a Marine Corps veteran who was stationed in Camp Lejeune and Okinawa.
Family and friends are invited to his Graveside Service Wednesday 11am at Grove Place Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Veterans Outreach Ctr. or the Mises Institute.
