Sunday, January 22, 2023 at age 97, peacefully wrapped in the arms of his daughter, Mary.
Predeceased by his son, Stanley. Survived by his wife, Lorraine; daughters, Mary Stek and Marilyn Traub; mother of his children, Mary and Stanley, Anna; brother, Ivan Stek in Ukraine; grandchildren, John Petnuch and Sarah Traub; nieces and nephews, Jason and September Hergert and Jeremy and Kathy Hergert; nieces and nephews in Ukraine and Poland; and great-nieces and nephews, Kallista, Dylan, Giovanna, Ashley, Evan and Carter.
