Feb. 21, 2023, age 72, after a long illness with myelodysplastic syndrome.
Predeceased by his parents, William & Lucy Colombo. Survived by his wife, Sharon Colombo; sister, Joanne (Hamid) Kashani; and his nieces, Susan and Deanna.
Visitation will take place Tuesday, 4 – 6 pm at Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue in Hilton. John’s Funeral Mass will be held 11 am, Wednesday at St. Mark’s Church, 54 Kuhn Road, Greece. Interment Parma Union Cemetery.
