Predeceased by his sister, Elizabeth Erwin. Survived by his wife, Cathie; children, Jennifer (Mark) Goodlein, Kim (Rich) Giannetti, Michael Gartley (Rena) and Kevin (Kerrie) McWhorter; 7 grandchildren; brother-in-law, Ed Bollin; and several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
