Passed away suddenly February 20, 2024, aged 70.
Michael is predeceased by his parents, Norman & Clara Pero; father-in-law, Richard O’Grady. He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary O’Grady-Pero; siblings, Carol (John) Kerhaert, Nancy Palmer, Stephen Pero; special friends and brother-in-law, Jim and Eileen Volkmar; mother-in-law, Dorothy O’Grady; goddaughters, Kristen Volkmar Kelley, Erika Erkkila; and many more loving family members.
Michael was a retired member of the Local 85 Carpenters Union. He helped so many people with his various skills and handiwork. He loved gardening, the great outdoors, and was an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills and SU Basketball.
