Passed on October 22, 2024. Beloved wife of William Hess Sr., who passed May 8, 2016. Mother to William Hess, Jr. (Jodi) and Laurie (Doug) Manzer; Grandmother to 8 grandchildren and their spouses; Great Grandmother (G.G.) to 16 great-grandchildren; Beloved surviving Sisters-in-law, Sheree Leach of Rochester and Shirley Sage of Hilton; Brothers-in-law, Leo Hess of South Carolina and John (Betty) Hess of Virginia; several nieces and nephews. Sparky was a lifelong volunteer for many different organizations and long time member of the Hilton United Methodist Church. Shirley was known for her willingness to be in service to others in need.
