Thursday, June 26, 2025 at age 66. Predeceased by her parents, Richard and Florence; and brother, Jerry. Survived by her partner of 48 years, Betty Weber; siblings, Richard (Lisa), David (Kelly), Lora Arbelo and Robert (Mandi); and several nieces, nephews and dear friends. Joan was a retiree of Kodak.
