Douglas Stilwell Best passed from this world June 30, 2025 after a long illness. His mother, Florence Stilwell Best and his father, Reverend Allan E. Best, passed away in the 20th Century. He is survived by his brother, Allan W. Best.
Douglas was a Counselor in the SUNY Program EOC in Rochester before his retirement. He was an avid supporter of Girl’s Basketball in Section 5.
