Sidmore, Janice M., died October 5, 2025, at age 60. She is survived by her beloved husband, John Sidmore; her son, Goffrey Irwin; her daughter, Jenna Irwin; her cherished grandchildren, Cameron, Roman, and Avery; and John’s children, Tracy Sidmore, Allison (Nick) Reynolds, Lindsey Sidmore, and Andrew Sidmore. She is also survived by her siblings, Alan (Margaret) Maxson, Delbert (Yvonne) Maxson, Marvin Maxson, Connie Callan, and Malcolm Maxson; and many loving nieces and nephews. Janice was employed as the Dining Manager at Cherry Ridge Nursing Home, where she was known for her kindness and dedication. She had a deep love for nature and the outdoors, and enjoyed traveling and boating. She also had a deep love for music, liked to dance and was a NASCAR fan.
Family and friends are invited to call Wednesday, October 29, 2025 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., 735 East Avenue, Hilton, where Janice’s Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, Lakes Region, 1120 South Goodman Street, Rochester, NY 14620 in her memory.
