Roberts Wesleyan College will host its annual Homecoming Weekend for alumni, students, family and friends on Friday, September 27 and Saturday, September 28. Activities range from soccer games to a parade, with events for all ages.
Community events kick off at 7:30 p.m. Friday with “No Business Like Show Business: A Musical Revue,” a performance by the Roberts Wesleyan College Community Theatre. Tickets to the show are $15 and are available online and at the door.
Saturday will feature an array of events, beginning with the 15th Annual Greg Greve Alumni 5K Race at 8:15 a.m., followed by the Homecoming Parade at 11 a.m. Throughout the day, starting at 10 a.m., there will be a homecoming tent featuring food, student group fundraisers, inflatables, and several other family and community activities. Public events that day wrap up with a free wind ensemble concert at 4 p.m.
“We are thrilled to celebrate another homecoming weekend at Roberts Wesleyan,” said John A. Martin, president of Roberts Wesleyan College. “Robert is blessed with strong community engagement, and this weekend is a great opportunity for alumni and students to reconnect and share their school spirit.”
