Freezin’ for a reason

Spencerport Central School District teachers, administrators and staff participated in the 2014 Polar Plunge at Ontario State Park on February 8.

The event, which supports Special Olympics, raised more than $300,000, with the Rangers raising $7,500 and being the top fundraiser among school districts.

The Spencerport Central School District team included 45 teachers and administrators, who were freezin’ for a reason, who showed they are committed to the district’s strategic objective to participate continuously, respectfully and willingly in improving community well-being.
