Lauren Steinbach’s second grade class at Northwood Elementary School has been talking about random acts of kindness and decided to spread some kindness of their own.
After looking at fleece patterns online and carefully choosing four of their favorites, their teacher purchased the fabric and everyone got to work making four knotted blankets. “The students are so excited for the blankets to be delivered to the kids at Golisano’s,” said Steinbach. “They wanted to do something that made kids’ hearts smile.”
