The Churchville-Chili Central School District announced the selection of new Board of Education member, Steve Hogan, who was appointed at the October 27 Board of Education meeting. He replaces former board member, Sherry Johnson, who resigned from her seat in August to serve as Executive Director of the Monroe County School Board Association. Hogan will serve for the remainder of the 2015-16 school year.

Hogan graduated from the Churchville-Chili District and has lived in this district for the majority of his life. He and his wife, Joy, have four daughters, one who attends the Middle School and three who attend Fairbanks Road Elementary School.  Steve works as the Director of Business Development for HR Works, Inc., a human resource consulting firm. He has served on the boards of non-profit organizations in the past and is excited to be a member of the Board of Education.

Steve says, “I feel that my business background coupled with my investment and proven service to our community has prepared me for the board position and I am honored to serve on the team.”
