BCSD requests input from the community
Brockport Central School District will be conducting a survey to gather feedback regarding the learning environment, quality of instruction and leadership within the district. This survey gives community members the opportunity to provide honest, anonymous feedback to help guide the district’s efforts to make improvements where needed.
The survey will be open from March 17 through 24 and will take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Participants can take it by going online at www.bcs1.org/survey or by stopping at any of the five schools to complete the survey on a district computer or fill out a hard copy during school hours from March 17 through 24.
BCSD will administer the surveys in four different categories based on each individual’s role in the district, such as parents, community members, students and staff. Community members that work within the district are advised to complete a survey for each category of which they belong.
The district strongly encourages community participation in this survey so it can accurately gauge perceptions about expectations of the school system. Feedback is critical to assess where the district currently stands in order to develop action plans that will address areas for improvement.
The administering company, Successful Practices Network, will tabulate the anonymous survey results and then translate them into a detailed report, results of which the district will then share with the community.
Brockport Central School District thanks everyone in advance for their participation.
