The Spencerport Central School District Nature Center will host its annual Maple SugarFest on Saturday, March 4 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The event will include indoor and outdoor activities, including free crafts and activities for children, create-your-own bird feeder, geocaching, nature-touch table, sap boiling and tree-tapping demonstrations, and snow shoeing.

The pancake breakfast will run from 9 to 10 a.m. at the high school’s east cafeteria. Cost of the breakfast remains $5 per person and free for children five and under. Tickets may be purchased at the door and donations are welcomed.

Proceeds from the breakfast, along with any donations, fund the nature center’s DEC Summer Camp Scholarship program. For more information including an event schedule for the Maple SugarFest, visit www.spencerportschools.org/community.cfm?subpage=6380.
