Spencerport Central School District residents are invited to serve on this year’s Budget Focus Group (BFG), which will provide invaluable feedback during the preparation of the 2019-2020 budget that will be presented to the public on May 21, 2019.
The Budget Focus Group will meet on the following dates in 2019 at critical checkpoints during the budget development process:
•January 22 at 6 p.m. organizational meeting to review development of a school budget and base budget
•February 12 at 6 p.m. review development of a school budget and base budget
•February 26 at 6 p.m. review tax levy limit calculation and submission
•March 12 at 6 p.m. discussion of proposed budget
•March 26 at 6 p.m. discussion of proposed budget
•April 9 at 7 p.m. (Board of Education meeting) discussion of proposed budget.
•(Tentative, if needed) – April 23 at 7 p.m. (Board of Education Meeting) discussion of proposed budget.
