Brockport Central School District (BCSD) has started the process for registration of age appropriate children to attend kindergarten for the 2020-21 school year.
If you are a BCSD resident and have a child who will turn five years old by December 1, 2020, your child is eligible for kindergarten in September 2020. Kindergarten Student Information Forms have been sent to all families with children listed in our student database January 16, 2020. If you do not receive a Kindergarten Student Information Form by the end of January 2020, call the Registrar’s office at 637-1857.
The following information will be needed when you call in order to enter your student in the database: child’s name, date of birth, parent’s names and addresses, home and work phone numbers, pediatrician, and emergency contact information.
There will be a Parent Meeting for all incoming kindergarten students on Monday, March 9, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Ginther Elementary School.
All registration packets will be mailed late February/early March and should be brought to your student’s scheduled screening appointment in April 2020. Ginther Elementary will schedule these appointments with you in March or you may sign up at the Parent Information Meeting.
