BCSD retiree honored for years of service

Scott Wilson, Brockport Central School District’s Head Custodian for over 30 years, retired from the district with almost 50 years of service. He started as a student cleaner at Brockport High School in 1972 and was hired as a permanent, full-time employee in 1976.

On September 28, Barclay Elementary surprised him with a celebration. As a thank you to Scott for his many years of dedication and service, the district created a short thank you video that can be found on the BCSD website, www.bcs1.org

“No words can quite capture our appreciation,” said Superintendent Bruno. “Thank you, Scott, for your dedication, commitment, and care to our students, colleagues, families, and community members.”
