All Spencerport schools now approved for free meal program

Beginning Tuesday, January 2, 2024, all Spencerport Central School District students may receive a free breakfast and lunch meal every school day.

The district received approval for all six schools through the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), a program funded by a partnership between the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and New York State. Previously, only Munn Elementary School had qualified for this program.

Free meals to students will be in effect for the remainder of the 2023-24 school year.

Please note a la carte items and snacks are not free. Families are encouraged to continue the auto-pay feature to allow students to pay for those costs.
