Brockport’s Barclay School students draw Rochester Americans’ portraits for Kid’s Day

Barclay School second graders from Mr. Zelent’s class and third graders from Mrs. Underwood/Mrs. Quigley’s class were selected to draw portraits of the Rochester Americans, coaches and the announcer for Kids Day on Sunday, February 18.

Students were taught how to draw portraits by Barclay school’s art teacher, Molly Dorsey. The students’ portraits were shown on the Jumbotron during the game. Prior to the game, players guessed from the students’ portraits. The portraits were signed by the players and will be returned to the students (hopefully by Moose the Mascot).
