Nolin, Wagner lead Cadets
David Nolin and Max Wagner each had individual wins and were part of the winning 200-yard freestyle relay team and Hilton used their team depth to defeat Spencerport 98-86 in boys swimming.
Nolin won the 50-yard freestyle in :23.94 while Wagner took the 100-yard freestyle in :52.69. Wagner swam the second leg and Nolin was the anchor for the winning 200-yard freestyle relay team with Lee Lohrmann and Josh Rosario in 1:38.51.
Other individual wins for the Cadets were Adam Reitz in the 200-yard freestyle in 1:55.10 and Josh Briggs in diving with 258.50 points. Reitz, Wagner and Nolin each added a second place finish. The meet turned as the Cadets took second, third and fourth in the 100-yard breaststroke.
For the Rangers, Jared Kettinger finished first in both the 200-yard individual medley in 2:12.97 and the 100-yard backstroke in :59.16. Max Wersinger won both the 100-yard butterfly in :55.16 and the breaststroke in 1:02.40 while Ryan Reding took the 500-yard freestyle in 5:23.39.
Spencerport’s 200-yard freestyle relay team of Kettinger, Wersinger, Kameron Keyes and Leo Buoye won in 1:46.38 and the 400-yard freestyle relay team with Kettinger, Wersinger, Matthew Cordaro and Nolan Benson took first in 3:37.36.
