Three Spencerport winter varsity athletic teams qualified for the NYSPHSAA Team Scholar Athlete Award during the winter 2013-14 season. In order to qualify, a team must have a team grade point average of 90% or above.
The teams, their grade point average and coaches were: Girls Indoor Track – 94.192 – Christyna Consagra, Boys Swim – 92.661 – Josh Nellist, Hockey – 91.080 – Jason Rich.

•Boys Swim student-athletes who qualified for this award are as follows: Jonah Bates, Matthew Civitello, Matthew Cordaro, Jared William Kettinger, Brandon Nitti, Michael Palozzi , Ryan Reding, Spencer Suhr, Alexander Thornton, Matthew Tyler, Maxwell Wersinger.
