Lucas Kroening, grandson of Paul and Kay Kroening of Hilton, was named Junior Angler of the State of Illinois. Lucas is 16 years old and an avid fisherman and won a fishing tournament in which he entered more than 30 prize winning size Muskellunge (muskies).
