Brockport swept all three doubles matches on their way to a 6-1 boys’ tennis victory over Gates Chili.
Karl McNulty and Matt VanDuzee needed three sets to win at first doubles 6-2, 2-6, 10-6. The second doubles team of Sebastian King and Aaron Ennis won 6-1, 6-2, while the third doubles unit of Matt Benedict and Jon Autenrieth swept a 6-0, 6-0 win.
Top singles player John Stoia had little difficulty in his 6-0, 6-1 win and third singles Alex Reber also swept 6-2, 6-1. Second singles Joe McNulty was forced to go to a third set in his 6-4, 4-6, 10-6 win.
Earlier in the week, the three doubles’ teams with Joshua VanDeMark joining Autenrieth on the third unit, also swept Eastridge to lead a 5-2 win.
