Bees’ Rehwaldt, Fix ace swimming victories
Alaura Rehwaldt and Brady Fix each had a pair of individual first places finishes to lead Byron-Bergen/Leroy to and 54-42 wins in girls and boys swimming respectively.
Rehwaldt won the 50 freestyle in :27.33 and the 100 butterfly in 1:11.98. She, along with Jorie Strzelecki, Morgan Fuller and Rebecca Johnson opened the meet with a win in the 200-medley relay in 2:17.75.
Fix touched first in the 50-freestyle in :26.92 and the 100-butterfly in 1:10.44. He was also part of the winning 200-freestyle relay with Jaden Pocock, Joshua Fleming and Sammy Austin with a time of 2:08.77.
Sarah Streeter finished first in the 200-freestye in 2:57.80, Johnson won diving with 134.02 points.
Fuller took the 100-freestyle in 1:03.73, Anna Hersom the 500-freestyle in 7:12.04 and Strzelecki the 100-backstroke in 1:15.70.
For the boys, other winners were Pocock in the 200-freestyle in 2:35.57 and the 400-freestyle relay team that also included Fleming, Dylan Moore and Austin in 5:59.61.
