United States Tennis Association recognized Westside Challenger Tennis as most outstanding program

At their annual conference, the United States Tennis Association recognized Westside Challenger Tennis as the most outstanding program in the category, “Service to People with Disabilities.” Once again, Westside Challenger Tennis will provide a Fall Program for K-12 students with special needs.  Although this program is designed to ensure that students with special needs receive excellent instruction from specially trained professionals, tailored to their individual skill level, the program is integrated and all players are welcome. This program is based on the United States Tennis Association motto that “people of all ages and abilities should have an opportunity to participate in the game of tennis.” The Fall session dates are September 8, 15, 22 and 29 from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. and will take place at the Brockport Central School District tennis courts or gym facilities. Participants should plan to attend all dates. Students with special needs will be given enrollment priority. Equipment and refreshments will be provided at no cost. This program has a limited enrollment of 20 participants accepted on a first come first served basis.  Those interested are encouraged to obtain registration forms as soon as possible. These forms are available by request at westsidechallengertennis@gmail.com. Applications are due August 24, 2018.
