On Friday, March 1, three Holley seniors signed their letters of intent to play collegiate soccer this coming fall. Pictured from left are Samantha Bates (Keuka College), Jailyn Bishop (SUNY Cortland), and Emma Brady (D’Youville University). All three student-athletes have been part of the Holley girls soccer program for the past six years. They concluded their high school soccer careers with a historic 2023 season where the team won sectionals (Section V Class C1) for the first time since 1994, won regionals for the first time in program history, and appeared in the state tournament. All three were named Genesee Region All Stars for 2023 with Emma and Samantha also named to the Section V All Tournament Team. Samantha was selected for First Team All State while Emma made Fourth Team.
Jailyn received an All Greater Rochester Area Honorable Mention.
