Laura R. Lanzafame and Steven G. Pignata were married August 8, 2015 at Holy Cross Church, Rochester.
The bride is the daughter of Eileen Lanzafame of Hilton and Sam Lanzafame of Greece. The groom’s parents are Angela Dieni of Irondequoit and Angelo Pignata of Greenville, South Carolina.
The bride’s sister, Sarah Lanzafame, was maid of honor and Jessica Barry was matron of honor. Acting as bridesmaids were Jessica Lanzafame, Nicole Meloni, Stephanie Pignata, Samantha Cala, Christina Schmitt and Christina Kilijanski. Maley Barry was the flower girl.
Dan Cacciato, cousin of the groom, and Marcello Andiloro served as best men. Groomsmen were Vincent Lanzafame, Jackson Lanzafame, Matt Higgs, Christian Pignata, Nick Mormino and Jason Kilijanski. Joey Cacciato was ring bearer.
The bride, a graduate of The College at Brockport, is employed as a quality control technician at the University of Rochester. The groom graduated from St. John Fisher College and is employed by the Buffalo Sabres as the manager of hockey technologies/analytics for the Rochester Americans.
The couple honeymooned on a cruise in Hawaii.
