SPLASH ‘S VARIANCE REQUEST
We must not let the SPLASH Car Wash variance requests be approved. The company has requested several variances for signage, including size and illumination, as noted below. The public hearing is scheduled for July 20, 2023 at the Spencerport Village Office on West Avenue.

These variance requests must be disapproved. It will turn Rt. 31 in Spencerport into a carnival (or at least Jefferson Avenue in Henrietta) and spoil the environment of our village – and set precedent for the future. Please let your village trustees know that you don’t want to the variances approved.
