Joe Dinolfo running for NYS Supreme Court

Attorney Joe Dinolfo has announced his candidacy for New York State Supreme Court in the Seventh Judicial District, which covers Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne and Yates Counties.
Dinolfo has over 30 years of experience as an attorney, and is a 20-year volunteer firefighter with the Egypt Fire Department.
For the past 14 years, Dinolfo has served the New York State Appellate Division, 4th Department, representing cognitively disadvantaged individuals involved with civil litigation.
From 1993 to 2011, Dinolfo operated his own law practice, handling countless cases in family, criminal and civil litigation. He also served as a Hearing Examiner for the City of Rochester.
Dinolfo lives in Fairport with his wife, Nathalie, where they’re raising their three daughters. He is a Republican and is running on the Republican and Conservative ballot lines.
There will be two Supreme Court seats up for election in the Seventh Judicial District this year due to the retirements of Justices Gail Donofrio and Craig Doran. The General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Early Voting will be available from October 25 to November 2. Absentee Ballots are also available for those who request them.
